Scientific Editing Projects:

If you have a straightforward editing project, then schedule a complimentary call for expedited service. These projects typically fall in the range of $300-$1000. Common examples are reviews of manuscripts, Specific Aims pages, or other SBIR/STTR grant documents.

Grant Consulting & Strategy:

The first step is a complimentary consultation. After this, we offer an initial 4 hour $500 "Grant Strategy" engagement to assess your needs and establish strategic priorities. This offering is a great way to get high level guidance, while keeping costs down.

Grant Writing:

Upon completion of the "Grant Strategy" assessment, further help can be customized based on mutual agreement upon readiness, scope and strategic direction. We support both academic grants and SBIR/STTR seed funding. The different needs of institutional, small business/corporate and startup (<5 employees) clients are accommodated by a tiered consulting fee structure.

Ongoing Services:

We can offer a retainer plan (from as little as 1-2 hours per month) for ongoing SBIR/STTR grant consulting and entrepreneurial strategy. This option's availability is contingent upon strong congruency with our scientific expertise. It is akin to having a fractional R&D Director/Senior Scientist to help plan and manage projects and collaborations.
